Prices shown are for the house for up to 4 people - not per person

The house sleeps 6 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 8, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and a double sofa-bed downstairs. There is also a cot for infants.

The price quoted includes:

• All gas and electricity (including heating, washing-machine and dishwasher)
• Maid service 1 day per week. Arrangements may be made privately for more frequent service
• All linen and towels except beach towels
• Maintenance of the swimmimg-pool, as required
• We will be happy to arrange for a small "starter pack" of groceries to be at the house on your arrival, with our compliments. This typically includes eggs, milk, bread, butter, etc. and specific items can be supplied on request.

Transport costs (air fares, helicopter flights, taxis and ferries) are not included. You can find travel information on our location page.

NB. We are pleased to offer an early-booking discount of 10% for bookings paid in full 6 months or more before your arrival date. In the event of cancellation, however, for whatever reason, we will deduct a handling charge of 33% from refunds made between 26 and 13 weeks before arrival, and 50% from refunds between 13 and 8 weeks. No refunds can be made for cancellations made 8 weeks or less prior to the planned date of your arrival at the property.

A deposit of 350 € (or £250) is requested within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your booking. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks before the date of your arrival, and is non-refundable. Your deposit will be refunded in full if you have to cancel up to 13 weeks prior to departure. Thereafter, it will not be refundable.
